Foundational Intake (120 minutes across 2 visits): $625

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations before 48 hours: Appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or will not be charged.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the visit fee.
No-Shows: Patients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full fee of the scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late, the end time of your appointment slot will remain the same to ensure other patients are seen on time. You will be charged the full fee of the scheduled appointment.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA funds, payment is required at the time of services offered. To secure your appointment, we require a card on file. This helps confirm your appointment and ensures a smooth payment process at the time of visit.

We do not bill insurance directly, but can provide a superbill for naturopathic medicine and acupuncture visits that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Insurance benefits and reimbursement amounts vary by plan and are determined solely by your insurer, so we encourage you to contact them directly using the number on the back of your card. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we are always happy to guide you through the process and assist in any way we can.
