    In our in-depth 75 minute initial consultation, our goal is to get to know you. We’ll discuss your health history, lifestyle habits, and your unique needs & goals. The first visit involves a thorough intake and an acupuncture treatment.

  • Step 2 | The Treatment

    Each follow-up treatment is 50 minutes and completely customized to what your body needs that day. Supplemental modalities such as herbs, cupping, and gua sha can be added to enhance your treatment.

  • Step 3 | Your Personalized Plan

    You’ll receive a clear and actionable plan for moving forward. This can include number of sessions, nutritional recommendations, supplements, and herbs.
